I've been a client for 4 months full time now and the experience has been great. Something that stands out about you guys has gotta be the actual care you give to your clients. 

My team does their job well, but there's times where we forget stuff and you guys actually remind us of things that have fallen behind, making it feel like a partnership and not a 3PL.

Also turnaround is exceptional, probably the best I've seen from a 3PL, where we get within 72 hours and usually sooner - very reliably, which reliability is something a lot of 3PLs lack.  I had a surge of volume in the past couple months and LFOD was able to still hold the standard high, with hardly anything going wrong. It's almost as if the extra volume didn't have an issue on operations which was huge for me, as someone who already has lots of other people to cater to, having prep not be a headache is a great feeling.

Communication is absolutely outstanding — anytime I reach out, I hear back quickly. Hands down, the best communication I’ve experienced.

I’ve been working with the Tompsons LFOD Prep since July 2025 and currently send them around 1,000–2,000 units per month.

From day one, they’ve been incredibly reliable, with fast communication, and some of the quickest turnaround times I’ve seen from any prep center. 

What really sets them apart is their willingness to go above and beyond for their clients, they prep and manage my inventory with the same urgency/care that they would if it was their own.  

There was one day earlier this winter where I showed up with a full U-Haul truck full of inventory at 5:30 PM on a Saturday. Not only did they stay open late to accept my delivery, but they helped unload everything and started prepping immediately. That level of flexibility, dedication, and work ethic is something you just don’t find elsewhere. 

Beyond operations, they’re also great people to work with. They bring personality to what is usually a very transactional part of the business, and their day-to-day content reflects that. It makes a big difference working with a team that’s both professional and genuinely enjoyable to partner with.

I’d highly recommend LFOD Prep to any seller looking for a fast, dependable, and easy-to-work-with prep center in a tax free state. Their ability to consistently manage and prep my shipments make my ability to scale my business a piece (or ziplock baggy) of cake!

This is the best experience I’ve had with a prep center. LFOD is very on top of things. I think working with a prep center of this size is best for all sellers honestly since the communication is so good. No products are being lost. Shipments aren’t lagging. The product upload process is extremely easy especially via CSV file. I’ve had experiences where the product upload process is such a pain with other prep centers and needing to provide useless and time consuming information so this has been a refreshing experience. You also don’t have to worry about FBM orders going out on time either. LFOD handles everything in a timely manner and they truly care about the clients and relationships rather than profits, in my opinion.
