Services + Prices
Requirements:
You must have been actively selling on Amazon for a minimum of 1 year.
Start Up Fee
Storage Fees
Free for 13 days after checkin - .01 cent per unit per day after 14 days
Under 300 Minimum Units Fee
If you cannot reach 300 units per month, you will be subject to a $97 flat maintenance fee billed every 30 days.
FBA: All fees include:
Receiving, sorting, inspecting, quality control, reporting missing units/damages, & poly bag as needed.
Basic Units
A basic unit is considered any unit that needs a poly bag or not.
1000-1999 Units
The more units you send, the cheaper the unit price. Calculated on a monthly basis.
2000-2999 Units
The more units you send, the cheaper the unit price. Calculated on a monthly basis.
3000+ Units
The more units you send, the cheaper the unit price. Calculated on a monthly basis.
Fragile Units
Anything that needs bubble wrap.
Bundles/Multipacks
Anything that needs to be put in the same polybag.
Oversize / Heavy Items
Hazmat/Dangerous Goods
Hazmat/Dangerous Goods + cost of shipping. We pay the shipping up front, and bill you for it.
Returns to Supplier
Didn't get ungated? Need to return to supplier? No problem. Apply your unit fee per unit returned.
FAQ: This fee is high - what is the reasoning? - We received, opened, confirmed, quality inspected, and now have to repack. We've put effort into receiving and now returning, we require payment for work. This fee is also "high" due to potentially getting our address banned from the supplier, which jeopardizes future volume into our warehouse for all clients, not just you. This also deters returns.

Occasionally there's stickers that are time consuming to remove - this fee covers the removal of them. These are rare.

In original, undamaged box
Replacement Shoe Box Charge
Sometimes boxes come in from suppliers, damaged. In this case, we will replace the damaged box & remove the sticker from the original box to put on the replacement box.
Merchant Fulfillment (FBM)
Pricing includes prep, packing, labeling, and all necessary materials for each order. Rates are determined by prep classification and do not include shipping costs.

We issue invoices immediately after shipments. A payment method is required to be on file. A 3% payment processing fee is added to all invoices.
